  • I am not a person who is naturally comfortable in a gym setting and certainly not with a  big, buff trainer shouting “one more rep!” at me. I prefer to do it on my own and get in  and out as quickly as possible.   • I can see everything you do in the app and in addition to the weekly check-ins, there is a monthly progress report in which we assess your program, diet and progress toward your goal.

  • Yes! Much like in person training, if you commit yourself to the process, follow the blueprint, and utilize the guidance and support I offer, I can guarantee you’ll get the results you want.

  • You will be able to message me in-app anytime! I will reach out via text every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for check-ins, I will also schedule a monthly chat assessing progress and overall enjoyment of the program.
